Our client is a market leader in the design, specification, supply, project management, and installation of premium internal and external solar shading systems, automated shading controls, and hospitality window furnishings. Working alongside architects, designers, façade engineers, builders, procurement specialists, and government agencies, they deliver innovative solutions across some of Australia's most exciting commercial, education, hospitality, cultural, and public projects.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Project | Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of medium to large-scale blind, curtain, and shading installations across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Based between project sites and the Loganholme office, this role offers the opportunity to work on projects throughout Australia, with potential interstate and international travel.
The OpportunityReporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key link between site teams, subcontractors, project coordinators, clients, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and project execution from commencement through to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise onsite installation activities across multiple commercial projects
Conduct site measurements and prepare orders for window treatment installations
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, installers, and site personnel
Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications
Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety standards at all times
Liaise with builders, architects, project managers, and other trades to coordinate installation programs
Identify and resolve site issues proactively to minimise delays and maintain project momentum
Collaborate closely with project coordinators and office teams to manage schedules, resources, procurement, and project documentation
Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered to client expectations and company quality standards
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Site Coordinator, Leading Hand, or similar construction-based role
Experience working within commercial construction, fit-out, façade, glazing, shading systems, window furnishings, or specialist contracting environments
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site coordination, safety compliance, and quality assurance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to confidently lead teams and make decisions in fast-paced environments
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Procore, Aconex, HammerTech, or similar systems
White Card essential
Additional safety or supervision qualifications highly regarded
