Position Details

Palm Lake Care Mt Warren Park is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a PPT & Casual basis. You can work from just a few shifts a week up to five shifts a week and enjoy work‑life balance.

Shifts Available
  • Afternoon Shift 1400 to 2200
  • Night Shift 2200 to 0600
  • Weekend shifts available with penalty rates
Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide daily living support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will.

  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
  • Support residents’ emotional and social needs
  • Maintain accurate care documentation
  • Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiences
What We’re Looking For
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • A current National Police Check
  • A caring and respectful approach towards residents
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Empathy with elderly residents and their families
  • Knowledge of Autumn Care would be highly regarded although not essential
  • Experience working in an Australian aged‑care facility highly regarded
