Join the EverGrow Transitional Living and Support Program and play a pivotal role in delivering specialist mental health rehabilitation services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Working within a multidisciplinary team and alongside community partner Karakan, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, recovery-focused care, and support individuals to achieve greater independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
As a Clinical Nurse within EverGrow, you will provide advanced mental health nursing care and clinical leadership across a recovery-oriented residential rehabilitation service. Working collaboratively with residents, carers, multidisciplinary clinicians, and NGO partners, you will help deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports recovery and community participation.
