Join the Logan Acute Care Team and provide specialist mental health assessment, crisis intervention and recovery-focused care for adults experiencing acute mental health concerns. This autonomous and rewarding role combines advanced clinical practice, leadership and community outreach within a multidisciplinary team.
As a Clinical Nurse within the Logan Acute Care Team, you will provide advanced mental health nursing care to consumers experiencing mental health crises across community settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver comprehensive assessments, crisis interventions and recovery-focused care while providing clinical leadership and support to colleagues.
