Reporting to the Plant Controller, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the site through centrally managed accounting processes. This hands‑on position combines strong financial control with commercial insight, offering full exposure to end‑to‑end manufacturing finance. You will be actively involved in planning, reporting, and analysis—including owning key inputs into monthly results, mid‑month forecasts, business performance insights, and the annual budgeting cycle. Partnering closely with operational stakeholders, you will translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement across the plant.

• Managing mid‑month estimate and month‑end close tasks
• Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
• Preparing and analysing financial results, forecasts, and annual budgets
• Ensuring ledgers comply with corporate policies and accounting standards
• Reviewing balance sheets, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions
• Conducting variance analysis and recommending cost optimisation initiatives
• Supporting month‑end and year‑end processes and broader finance projects

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business or CA/CPA qualified
• Proven experience in management accounting, ideally in manufacturing or recycling
• Proficiency in SAP and consolidation/reporting tools (Hyperion desirable)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and problem‑solving
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment
• Advanced Excel capability
