Join Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services as a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Clinical Care Coordinator and play a pivotal role in supporting individuals following a suicidal crisis. Working across hospital and community settings, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, strengthen partnerships with The Way Back Support Service, and help deliver coordinated, person-centred care that improves recovery outcomes and reduces suicide risk.
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant – Clinical Care Coordinator, you will provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy to support the delivery of high-quality mental health care across Metro South Health. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, you will help ensure seamless care pathways for consumers accessing The Way Back Support Service.
