Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm | 38 hours per week | Flexible start and finish available

What You'll Be Doing

• Being the first point of contact for customers — by phone and email

• Managing inbound and outbound deliveries and freight

• Creating and managing service jobs on the database

• Generating quotes for customers

• Booking and coordinating Outlook calendar appointments

• Setting parts out and coordinating job flow

• Planning and scheduling future servicing

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• A genuine passion for customer service — this is the heart of the role

• Strong ability to follow and understand processes

• Experience in admin, coordination, or a service-based environment

• Confident phone manner and the ability to multitask under pressure
