Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Estimator to join our team based in Loganholme.

About the Role

As a Sales Estimator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by preparing accurate and competitive tender pricing for new home projects. You will work closely with our sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure all estimates and variation pricing are prepared efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender pricing for new residential homes.

·         Review architectural plans, engineering drawings, and specifications.

·         Price customer-requested variations and upgrades.

·         Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.

·         Ensure estimates are completed within required timeframes.

·         Maintain and update pricing databases and supplier information.

·         Assist the sales team with pricing queries and project feasibility assessments.

·         Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project handover.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·         Previous experience as an Estimator within the residential construction industry.

·         Strong understanding of residential building methods, materials, and construction processes.

·         The ability to accurately read and interpret residential construction plans.

·         Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.

·         High level of computer literacy.

·         Experience using estimating software.

·         Experience with Buildxact will be highly regarded.

·         Strong organisational and time management skills.

·         The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Excellent communication skills.

Working Hours

·         Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
