Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Springwood club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. They are the first people to interact with prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey.

• Proactively contribute to the club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referral campaigns
• Generate and convert high‑quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
• Open and close the club as per the club roster
• Actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey – recommending club‑based products that would boost results

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and a desire to help people succeed in their goals
• Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
• Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
• Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

• A realistic OTE of $70,000–$75,000 (base salary and commission), plus super
