Your new role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a varied position combining customer service, sales administration, and coordination.

  • Preparing quotes and processing customer orders via phone and email
  • Supporting counter sales and the wider sales team
  • Managing customer enquiries, including product queries and returns
  • Liaising with delivery drivers to track orders and provide updates
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining system records

What you'll need to succeed

  • A confident, friendly personality with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Fast and accurate typing and data entry ability
  • Solid experience using computer systems
  • The ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in aluminium, building materials, or home improvement (desirable but not essential)
