About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts, Colours & Client Liaison Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition from sales to construction, delivering a high-quality client experience while maintaining accuracy across all documentation and selections.

You will be responsible for managing building contracts, coordinating colour selections, and acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

Contracts Administration

  • Prepare, issue, and manage residential building contracts and supporting documentation

  • Ensure all contract documentation is completed accurately and complies with company and regulatory requirements

  • Liaise with internal teams to confirm pricing, inclusions, and variations prior to contract issue

  • Track contract progress and ensure timely turnaround of signed documentation

Colours & Selections

  • Coordinate client colour selection appointments and processes

  • Prepare and issue colour selection documentation and variation summaries

  • Ensure all selections are accurately captured and communicated to drafting, estimating, and construction teams

  • Maintain up-to-date records of product ranges, supplier selections, and inclusions

Client Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-construction phase

  • Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to manage expectations

  • Respond to client queries and provide guidance on contracts, inclusions, and selections

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure a positive client experience

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in residential construction, contracts administration, or client coordination

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software (Desirable)

  • Understanding of residential building contracts and processes (Highly regarded)
